Job Description
|
Must be Cisco, Microsoft Windows and Exchange 2000/2003 certified
Must be excellent at verbal and written communication
Should have led a team of systems and network administrators, Should be able to lead the team by taking the ownership.
Knowledge of ITIL and BS7799 guidelines would be an added advantage
Knowledge of Unix/Linux is necessary
Experience: Minimum 6-7 years in IT infrastructure management
Responsible for the following things:
IT infrastructure management which consists of 30+ WAN links and Firewalls
Server management worldwide
Windows and Exchange 2003 management worldwide
Symantec corporate edition and global antivirus setup
Firewall management and security initiatives
HP server management with NAS
Communication with the team in UK as a single point of contact from India
VERITAS and Blackberry server management
Taking the initiatives for the improvement of infrastructure and its management
