Job Description
|
The person / engineer for this role is required for a call center .. He/ she is required to be on the Datacenter taking care of the Awaya PDS / Awaya Definity / Awaya G3Si / NICE logger / EPBX etc . This engg should be an subject matter expert and an L2-L3 level of experties is required. His job role is to adminster and trouble shoot the equipment . He would report to the site incharge and PM . He should also do proactively vendor management and coordinate well with principle to resolve the issues .. Should be able to fine tune the equipments undr his supervision and must take ownership in management nad resolution .The engineer should be able to understand and communicate well with all the call center agents/ Technical team of Customer and CEO in English and should be fluent . Should hv a good technical bent of mind and should be able to handle stress while on the job providing technical support . It is preferred if the engineer has worked in a call center before . He should hv good analytical skills and people management skills to manage the team onsite , technical team of the customer , and CEO of the company and various other divisions . Should take up the ownership of any problem and think proactively in any case so that any problem arising with the site he should independently able to resolve in a time bound manner and it the engineer is still facing problem he should mobilize and escalate the matter immediately.
